Appearance and development of new technologies as Internet, Information and Communication Networks, Telecommunications, and appearance of new terms such as Information Society, Network Society, Network Economics, Intelligent Economics, Information Economics, and so on, in Human Society has changed kind and the ways of business and Economics and promote establishing new economic which undoubtedly its characters are different and will affect the whole filed of human life. New economy has great effects on Human life. I am trying to know about the characters of this economy and its effects on information and communication.
